With a tiled roof conversion you keep your existing roof and its reinforced where needed. You get a fascia and new guttering which helps to transform the look of the conservatory. Internally we put a timber ceiling up insulate,plasterboard and skim ready for decorating and will also install lighting if required. It’s now a room that’s used as our main room in our house, we love it. We don't as a general policy investigate the solvency of companies mentioned , but there is a risk any company can struggle and it's rarely made public until it's too late . We think it's important you understand the strengths and limitations of the site. I then had cosy homes representative call and I accepted the appointment for a free survey, everything was properly explained and I could now see from the photographic survey that highlighted the defects and problems etc. I have now written 3 letters to this company, no responce to my complaint. Most try and charge £ sq mtr which is the price of a new roof.
Best thing we’ve had done to our home. Just make sure the colour of the upvc is correct, especially with wood effects. Arrived proximate with agreed date. Work done quickly, efficiently, and tidily. Coordinated well with electrician. Finished job corresponded well with preliminary outline.
Dreadful service
Thanks so much for the lovely review. We are glad you are happy with your CosyRoof. Minimum distruption,the installers were very professional and worked non stop to get the insallation done. Plastering was done a couple of days after, A great job. Brilliant service, even had the appointment moved forward a couple of weeks. The guys Worked late to finish the roof on the inside with very little break time.

When you emailed us yesterday regarding this we had a surveyor call you immediately to offer a quote and you informed him that you had already gone with another company. Only called me yesterday after I emailed to say they are a dreadful company. Do note, while we always aim to give you accurate product info at the point of publication, unfortunately price and terms of products and deals can always be changed by the provider afterwards, so double check first.
We now have a room which can be enjoyed all year round and looks much better as well. Would be more than happy to recommend this company. After carrying out due diligence, I used Cosy Roof to convert my poly carb conservatory roof to a warm roof. From the start of the process with the survey by Steve, through to roof installation by Connor and Sean, to the plastering by Paul, the works flowed seamlessly and the entire team were punctual, polite and extremely professional. Amazing great workers very clean and tidy and love the roof would recommend cosy roof well pleased with their work.
The end result is a comfortable, modern looking room that we have used daily throughout the summer & now into the autumn. I expect it’ll continue to have daily use throughout the winter months. The guys arrived the evening before the installation to prep and had everything done by the next evening. They were friendly and polite and extremely hard working.
